"NO PROBLEM CAN BE SOLVED BY THE SAME LEVEL OF CONSCIOUSNESS THAT CREATED IT."
- Albert Einstein
Additional tools can be integrated into programs. They provide 360-degree assessment, which includes self-assessment and feedback from colleagues, subordinates, superiors, and other stakeholders, providing a broader and more complete reflection process.
LEADERSHIP CIRCLE PROFILE
The LCP is the only instrument that measures the two primary leadership domains — Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies — and integrates this information so that key opportunities for development immediately rise to the surface. Generally, it has the following steps: - Self-assessment and 360º nline survey with superiors, peers, subordinates, and other relevant stakeholders. - Graph and Profile Report analysis by the coach, followed by sharing the results with the coachee on how they are perceived as a leader. - Feedback session (60-90 minutes) with coach and coachee to review the results, interpret strengths and limitations, and define a development goal. - Follow-up session (60 minutes, after two weeks) focused on the previously defined goal. By shedding light on the thought patterns that guide their current behavior, the leader gains access to new choices and possibilities to enhance their leadership effectiveness. Alternatively, the coach and client can opt for the self-assessment only. Other assessments can be added according to the needs,

GROWTH EDGE INTERVIEW
A Growth Edge Interview (GEI) is a process that helps people understand their growth edges and how to overcome them. It's a leadership coaching tool that can help people define themselves, understand their values, and improve their relationships with others. Generally, it has the following steps: - Initial conversation to determine if the GEI is a good fit (i.e. can help with the leadership challenges the client is currently facing). - 60-90 minute interview during which the coach asks questions and listens to the interviewee to understand not only what they are saying, but the operating system they are using to make sense of their leadership challenges. - Transcription of the interview audio and development of a report to support the feedback session. - 60 minute feedback where the interviewee will discuss their reflections on the interview, along with the coach’s understanding of the interviewee’s current operating system and what they can do to update it. The Growth Edge Interview (GEI) process can vary slightly depending on what the coach/client partnership understands to be best for the context at hand.
